This assignment consists of two parts.
In Part A, you have to read the case study carefully, and answer the four questions at the end of the case.
In Part B, which is the most important part of this case, you have to identify the vision and mission statements of the company which makes NIVEA products : The Beiersdorf Company. Also, conduct an external environmental analysis of the company and say if it is performing below average, averagely or above average compared to its competitors in the cosmetics industry using the EFAS table.(Your course notes and slides will come in handy here!)
NOTE: To complete Part B of this assignment, most of the work has to be done via independent external research as the case study provided here, provides very little information. Below are two websites which will be helpful:
